Applicants can obtain citizenship by making a contribution to the Sustainable Growth Fund or investing in approved real estate projects. The process is efficient, with citizenship typically granted within 3-4 months. Holders of St. Kitts and Nevis passports enjoy visa-free or visa-on-arrival access to over 150 countries.
Donation – $250,000 for a family of 4 members
Real Estate – $325,000 – Approved Resort hotel shares only for holding 7 years
Antigua and Barbuda Second Citizenship Program
Antigua and Barbuda’s Citizenship by Investment Program offers a fast-track route to citizenship for investors and their families. Eligible investments include contributions to the National Development Fund or investments in approved real estate projects. With an Antigua and Barbuda passport, you can travel to over 150 countries without the need for a visa.
Antigua & Barbuda- University of the West Indies (UWI) Fund –
$260,000 for a family of 4 people
NDF – National Development Fund – $230,000
Antigua & Barbuda- Real Estate- Approved Areas – purchase Property – $300,000
Fee for single Applicant- $10,000
Few for family of 4 – $20,000
St. Lucia Second Citizenship Program
St. Lucia’s Citizenship by Investment Program provides a range of investment options, including contributions to the National Economic Fund, investment in approved real estate, or enterprise projects. The application process is streamlined, and citizenship is typically granted within four to six months. St. Lucian passport holders enjoy visa-free or visa-on-arrival access to over 140 countries.
1. National Economic Fund – $240,000 – Applicant alone with up to three other qualifying dependents
Additional dependents under 18 – $10,000
2. National Action Bond –
Applicant applying with any number of Applicant – $300,000
Additional Administration fee – $50,000
3. Real Estate Project – Applicant applying with any number of Applicant -$300,000
Administrative Fee- Applicant applying alone – $30,000
Applicant with spouse- $45,000
Grenada Second Citizenship Program
Grenada’s Citizenship by Investment Program offers investors the opportunity to obtain citizenship through contributions to the National Transformation Fund or investments in approved real estate projects. Grenadian citizenship provides visa-free or visa-on-arrival access to over 140 countries, including the Schengen Area.
National Transformation Fund Contribution (NTF)
$235,000 for Single Applicant
Additional Dependant – $25,000
2. Real Estate Investment
Minimum Investment- $350,000 (option 1)
$270,000 (option 2 – for each share in the unit)
Government Contribution- $50,000 and upto 3 dependants
